The UKSPILL10 Marine Oil Spill Seminar was held in London on 14-15 June at IMO Headquarters.
The theme of the event was a review of 20 years of OPRC, but the events in the Gulf of Mexico overshadowed the programme. 70 attended the event from 13 countries, with high level speakers from IMO, EMSA, MCA and ITOPF, and most of the leading manufacturers and responders.
