A UKSpill Conference & Exhibition
Celebrating 10 Years of UKSpill.

Oil spills will always be with us as long as we live with oil.

What UKSpill does and how we can help you.

UKSPILL2015 is the new annual Conference and Dinner to be held over the 3rd February 2015 at Donington Park, near the East Midlands Airport.

The theme of this new, one day event is “Oil Spills will always be with us as long as we live with oil; you need to know what we do and how we can help”.

UKSPILL2015 offers a full one day conference programme, addressing the ongoing issues of oil spills, and other spills in our society, with keynote and other speakers. In addition, demonstrations will be held illustrating techniques and equipment to deal with spills. The event recognises that networking is a vital area for both government, agencies and industry.

The Conference is being held in conjunction with the Annual Members Meeting and Dinner, and all those attending will have the opportunity for a free tour of the famous Grand Prix Collection of racing cars and other historical transport exhibits on display at Donington Park.

The event is organised and operated by the UK Spill Association, a not for profit organisation, which is supported by the Environmental and Maritime Agencies of the United Kingdom.

A detailed Conference programme will be announced shortly, and bookings are open for a mini Exhibition.

About the Venue

Donington Park is one of Britain’s most popular racing circuits and home of many World Championship events. More than just a racing circuit, Donington Park is also an all-year-round venue for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows and product launches. Not only does the venue have a purpose built conference centre, the Paddock Suite, but as an oily environment, it also has space for UKSpill to hold an exhibition and demonstrations. The venue is very central, adjacent to the East Midlands Airport, with many hotels close by and just off the MI, at junction 23A. Rail connections are also easy via the Skylink bus network, operating from the Airport to nearby mainline stations, or via East Midlands Parkway station.
